Make your mark
Bloomberg recruit around 300 graduates a year, predominately the best from IT and Economics, and that means going head to head with the major recruiters such as the investment banks.
The need was to create a campaign to communicate Bloomberg is technologically driven, fast-paced and graduates are encouraged to make their mark from day one. The brief was to engage the target graduates and turn them into applications via a new career site.

This fully integrated campaign uses a variety of media, which includes completely new branding, a website and a media-rich motion sensor experience that allows graduates to see the skills they possess translated into tailored opportunities, quickly and effectively.
After the ‘Experience’, graduates’ results were automatically recorded. They then registered through social media, allowing data capture and sector specific follow up information. This also created a viral sharing aspect, guiding the registrant’s friends through to the online version of the Experience.
Bloomberg were delighted and rolled out this campaign across the US the following year.
